2012 Whitetail Deer hunting
Here are 2 nice bucks taken on first day of the week. 2 happy hunters with a good rep of our avg deer here. The antlers are very dark and heavy. These are young deer, older deer have larger heavier racks. These deer like most have battle scars and broken antlers.
The dark coloration comes from the food and minerals they eat in the area.
