2013 Duck Hunting
We are hunting ducks this week and it has been slow by our standards but it is picking up everyday. Some cool strong winds today has the birds moving. What a view we have out our top floor windows overlooking the big marsh and flocks of birds cutting the wind. More hunters arrive today so there will be more birds in the air tommorow as we send the fleet out before first light. Redheads, Cans and Scaup are the majority but again we have a lot greenheads here! Never kno what is going to hi the decoys out here.
