Whitetail with horses
The horses will chase each other off the good feed, but let the deer eat it? There is only 3 deer in this picture but at night there's a lot more! They moved right in, even drink the water, sleep in our front yard. Will run from the dogs but come right back. As nice as it is to see them healthy it get expensive and they wreck a lot of stuff. My cedar trees are eaten as high as they can stand on back legs. I need to buy more hay but waiting as long as I can hoping they bugger off soon to their spring grounds about 4 miles from here. A few does will return in May/June and have their fawns in our bush. Most have twins and even triplets! Must be that good horse hay.
